Personal: Emilie transferred from beauxbatons but didn't want to join Hogwarts midyear so they both got jobs in Hogsmeade and stay in a flat above the Three Broomsticks. Emilie, when she was 15 tried to kill her older brother when she found out what he was doing. She was tried for attempted homicide, but got out on the plead of insanity. She was put away for a year while her twin, the good one, made sure they would always have a safe place once she got out. After her year in the asylum, she transferred from beauxbaton where everyone knew her as Leya and changed to her middle name so she could remain semi-annonymous.

She and her brother met their older sibling and instead of an apology, he branded them with the Dark Mark's 'to keep tabs' as he said. They are forced into doing his wishes with the threat he'd out Emilie for who she really was.
