Family: Jaysen's parents met while his mum Alexandria was studying muggles from London. She met a Tanner Lee. They romanced through Paris, Rome before settling down and getting married. His mum was exiled from her family for marrying a muggle but she took that consequence. Jaysen is an only child.
Personal: He was also exiled from his family when Jaysen came out of the closet, and started to accept that he was gay. He went to his only caring family member, his mother's father, He left everything to Jaysen and wouldn't even hear out his daughter's reasoning to why she would disown her only son. The fact of the matter was, Jaysen's father was strict and firm coming from a religious family, and did not believe in homosexuality. In his sixth year in Hogwarts his grandfather died, leaving Jaysen alone in the world, he later found out that in his grandfather's will that he would be left everything that he owned. His mother would later come into his life revealing that her father was holding her from seeing Jaysen. So while he hoped for his employment at Hogwarts he would allow his mother to visit once in a blue moon but would not let her come close enough to hurt him again.
