Family: Both her parents are diplomats, meaning all her young years were spent traveling all over the world and being homeschooled, and having tutors from all over the globe too, she has never owned a house, but she feel at home whenever she's with her older brother.
Gillian has two brothers, one older Benjamin, and one younger Ethan, the three of them have a huge age difference, hence none of her brothers are in Hogwarts with her.

Personal: because her parents are diplomats, Gillian has traveled all over the world and met all kind of people, she’s usually really nice to other people but she refuses to talk to stupid people. Having two brothers has made her kind of a tomboy, but she can be girly when she feels like it, she made some friends during her first years at Hogwarts and now doesn't miss her family that much, still she feels the need to go out and wander once in a while, when she gets claustrophobic.
