Family: He was born in a typical pureblood family from an arranged/forced marriage and raised to love the dark arts and despise anyone below his status. both his parents died when the Dark Lord (Sebastian Guenard) was killed as they were involved in many of the secrets involving the killings and names of all his followers.

Personal:
Zaki had always been a troublemaker and joining Hogwarts didn't change him, especially when almost all his 'friends' were Death Eaters. He quickly made a name for himself from harrassing other students especially Muggle borns and Half bloods not that purebloods didn't get a trip to the hospital if they stood in his way. By the time he graduated he was the leader of the students who had sworn allegiance to a Dark Lord. Unfortunally, the dark lord at the time was overthrown, the majority of his followers changed their allegiance to a new lord, some were killed and others simply dissapeared and were believed to be dead. Zaki's was one of the bodies that was never found.
He doesn't care about anyone but himself and the few who are capable of earning his respect and has a very distorted view of life and love.

During the time he was hiding he came upon a Book of Dark Magic, called Darkness. The book was made up of rituals, some of which Zaki did in order to get more power. Unfortunately, such powers came with a price which he didn't hesitate to pay, Zaki traded his humanity, the ability to feel anything good for more power but it was not enough to make him stop as he slowly becomes addicted to the power that Darkness brings.
